Machining capacities

Machining

We can carry out a wide range of classic and CNC machining together with wire - cutting EDM and die-sinking EDM. With our knowledge and up-to-date numerically controlled equipment we can help you to solve various machining problems.

CNC milling and drilling

We can perform three, four and five axis machining of parts in a working area of 1400 mm x 900 mm x 810 mm on high productive numerically controlled machines.

CNC die-sinking EDM and CNC wire-cutting EDM

We use machines from INGERSOL and FANUC having a working area of 1000 mm x 800 mm x 400 mm.

Grinding

Grinding operations are performed on external and internal classic and CNC grinding machines (distance between centres 1000 mm) as well as on flat and profile grinding machines.

Turning

We use classic and CNC turning lathes having a working area of up to 1500 mm.

3D measuring

For precise 3D measurements we use the measuring machine WENZEL LH87 with a measuring area of 800 mm x 1000 mm x 560 mm.

Heat treatment

Vacuum furnace GALILEO 549HP

Using our classic and vacuum furnaces we can carry out all kinds of heat treatments. Our knowledge and long experience allow us to achieve a high level of quality using heat treatment operations like annealing, tempering, gas removal, brazing and sintering. Our advantages are: Heat treatment in vacuum (shorter heating/cooling time, temperature uniformity and minimal distortion) Computer process monitoring Max. part dimensions: 800 mm x 480 mm x 33 0mm Allowed furnace load: 240kg (1000°C)
