We manufacture tools, parts of tools (dies, punches, segments, etc), die-sets having a different number of stations also complete with transfer. Tools can be made of steel or hard metal.

Sample tools
Tools and parts of tools for cold massive forming of steel (dies, punches, segments, cores, etc.) have been produced in our tool room almost from the start of production.
The Tools' main parts are made of highspeed steel or hard metal, coated with TiN, TiCN or with another surface coating in order to assure greater product quality and longer tool life.
Our advantage is also that we can carry out the necessary heat treatment operations in our own classic and computer controlled vacuum furnaces. In this way we can combine optimal heat treatment with considerable timesavings. |
