Based on our knowledge and many years of experience we can offer to our customers a complete service starting from the design of a 3D model of the part and tool, performing of different computer simulations, through mechanical and heat treatment operations, up to the test casting of test pieces and 3D measurements according to model, drawing and other customer's specifications.

The ground for tool design is a 2D drawing or 3D model of the product to be casted. In case the 3D is not available from the customer, we can construct it using the latest high performance CAD equipment.

For complicated parts - or on customer request - we can carry out different computer simulations in order to uncover possible defects or errors (filling, temperate profile, deformations, porosity ...)		Tools component parts are machined using up-to-date, high performance CNC machining equipment

Castings made with pressure casting procedure Castings made with die-gravity casting procedure		Different products (covers, housings, carriers) for the automotive industry represent the majority of our production program of tools for pressure and die-casting. Everyday practice and new market demands confront us with the challenge of designing products having diverse, complicated shapes - demanding also the employment of the latest knowledge and technology. The largest casting for which we have made the tool for pressure casting had outside dimensions of 860 mm x 340 mm x 200 mm.
