The high quality and technical performance products are based on long-term relationships with customers, their high requirements and expectations and our longstanding experience in development and production. High quality operating reliability are assured by optimising the design of products for use in different operating conditions and controling the quality through the production process using ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 standards. The products line include electric and electronic equipment for the automotive industry, electric drives for the material handling equipment industry and production of components using selected technologies.

Alternators

The alternator line includes a wide range of alternators used on a variety of internal combustion engines. The design of individual alternator families and versions has been adapted for operation on passenger cars, commercial vehicles, tractors and other vehicles or equipment using internal combustion engines.

Starter Motors

We produce a wide range of starters designed for starting all types of internal combustion engines of the capacities from 0.8 to 17 litres. Starters are designed to suit the specific requirements of mounting into passenger cars, commercial vehicles, tractors, construction machinery and other devices fitted with internal combustion engines.

Integrated flywheel starter generators

We offer different types of integrated flywheel starter generators and integrated flywheel generators, which are intended for integration in internal combustion engines and for the use in the electric systems, where high consumption of electric energy occurs.
These starter generators and generators are designed to be built in the flywheel housing on the engine between the engine and the gearbox and replace classic alternator and starter motor on the engine.

Electric Motors

The motor line includes battery-supplied traction and drive motors that are used on forklifts, hydraulic applications, power-assisted steering, and winches and on other applications needed in the material handling equipment industry, automotive industry and in some other areas. A wide range of versions and families of electric motors are offered based on:

• DC Commutator Motors
• BLPM - Brushless Permanent Magnet Motors
• AC Induction Motors
• Switches are inclouded in production as well.

Electronic Controllers

Electronic controllers are mainly designed for battery-supplied electric drive systems based on DC commutator motors, BLPM - brushless permanent magnet motors and AC induction motors. They are designed for use in vehicle drives, pump drives and for some other applications. They are manufactured in nominal voltages ranging from 12 V to 80 V, and allow load currents of up to 800 A.

Cold Forged Metal Parts

The range of cold forged metal parts includes parts made of low-carbon, carbon and alloy steel and aluminium alloys produced on vertical presses. The main groups of cold forged parts are starter motor and alternator parts, parts for different switches, safety parts for steering applications, car seat parts, different gears, and parts for flywheel magnetos and other motorbike parts.
