Social Environment
Iskra Avtoelektrika is the greatest employer
in the region, which is mainly characterized by service activities.
The company provides employment possibilities to a great number of people
of the most varied professional and labour-intensive profiles who wish
to work in an industrially developed environment.
We are aware that today knowledge is the basic driving force and a basis for the efficiency and security
of each person. To achieve this, we give scholarships to the young in regular schools and provide for
off-the-job training of the employees. Students are welcome in our company as student trainees and
on-the-job trainees. Awareness of the importance of knowledge is confirmed also by our co-operation with
educational institutions in the region and by co-operation in the establishment of the higher school
educational centre.
We indirectly provide work and social security to an even greater number of people, with our suppliers
and sub-suppliers locally and in the wider environment. We ourselves are oriented to production
based on key technologies. The rest of production complete with technological equipment, is transferred
to the sub-suppliers whom we help with our know-how to set up on their own.
The company is involved in the living environment also by giving sponsorships for social and cultural
activities, by donations to humanitarian, cultural and educational institutions and associations, and
to sports clubs and other organizations.

Environmental Policy
By getting to know the environmental impacts of products and technology and
considering the environmental objectives and targets, we implement continuous
improvements, respect the principles of sustainable development and are ready
for the market demand for environment friendly products.
Due to the impacts on the environment, we continually reduce the risk and
therefore we cooperate and communicate the requirements for environment
protection to all that work for or on behalf of the Iskra Avtoelektrika Group.
In all our activities we follow the legal environmental and other legitimate
requirements to which our customers and we ourselves are bound.
All employees are responsible for continual environment-friendly activities
in the design, purchase, production and sales of our products. We would
like our customers to feel confidence in our environmental efforts.

Health and Safety at Work Policy
Based on the Safety Statement and the
Risk Assessment we ensure safe and healthy work in one's own working environment.
Commitment to safe and healthy work can be seen in our goals, which are oriented to
the constant improvements and solution-seeking contributing to a higher level of safety.
In order to reduce the risk, the goals are primarily oriented to compliance with legal
and other requirements. In constant endeavours for maintenance of safety and health
of the employees, we orient the use of procedures, processes, materials and equipment
to the acceptable risks.
Successful implementation of Health and Safety at Work Policy
requires the employees to take care of their own safety and the safety of their
colleagues, and to follow the given instructions for safe work.
The integrity of Health
and Safety at Work Policy is documented in the management system and through the reviews
it is exposed to the constant improvements, reduction of risks and communication with
the interested parties.
